The first step
If you are new to this, the first thing I advise you to do is to know why you want to change your lifestyle for a better one (Fitness Lifestyle) and to see yourself at the top of the mountain, feeling that you have already reached your goal and that you The only thing you need to get there is to take action now.

DO YOU CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL AMOUNT FOR NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS OR DIET ADVICE?
Currently the 12-month plan already comes with the diet included, if you purchase one of the other plans the personalized diet would be a separate service.
DO YOU HAVE VIDEOS ABOUT THE EXERCISES?
Yes that's how it is. Your routine comes along with explanatory videos of the exercises; That is, how to do it the right way to have greater stimulation and avoid any injury.
